Labor Relations Manager #3016Human ResourcesFull-timeThe Labor Relations Manager establishes University of Southern Maine (USM) policies and procedures for and performs essential Labor Relations functions under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer at USM, and consistent with general guidance from the University of Maine System. The position is involved in various aspects of grievance, arbitration and litigation management, in close collaboration with or at the request of the University of Maine System Offices of Labor Relations, Human Resources, and University Counsel. Responsibilities will at times include key contributions to matters before regulatory agencies, internal investigations and grievance proceedings. The Labor Relations Manager may serve as the principle representative of the University in meet and discuss sessions with local union officials.Qualifications
