Futon pull-out couch, 1 year old, excellent condition!! in Portland, ME

Futon pull-out couch for sale!! Purchased only 1 year ago and is in excellent condition. We unfortunately have to sell it because we are moving cross country. High quality triple foam mattress & sturdy black metal frame. Seats 3 people and can pull out to a full size bed (great for guests) Non-smoking household. The photos show the futon with an olive green cover and without. You are welcome to have the cover. We are trying to sell this couch ASAP, so we are asking for 150 but willing to negotiate if needed.
