Futon pull-out couch, 1 year old, excellent condition!! in Portland, ME

Moving cross country and looking to sell our futon pull-out couch. We purchased it last summer, and it is in perfect condition!! Triple foam mattress, super comfy. Pulls out into a full-size bed for guests! The mattress is black, but we have always used the olive green cover for our futon. (see in photo) We are asking for $175, but willing to negotiate a bit.
