Computer Desk & Lazy-Boy Recliner for sale. (Old Orchard Beach in Portland, ME

I have a computer desk for sale. It is able to be moved in two pieces and has plenty of room for everything you need. It fits up to a 19 inch screen inside of it. Has plenty of storage areas and is in good condition. I am second owner and am asking 25.00 or best offer for it.
I also have a lazyboy recliner, I bought it at lazyboy in Scarborough for 500.00 and sat in it about 10 times since I bought it and then moved it into my office to get it out of the way of my living room set. So it has become just a chair sitting in my home office. It is like new, no stains, stain resistant and in excellent shape. It is beige/tanish.. I am a little color blind so to me it is like a tan color, light. I hate to just give it away since like I said it is still brand new more or less. So I am asking 250.00 or best offer on that also.
